  • Myofascial Release (MFR) of the endopelvic fascial layer, pelvic girdle, and related kinematic chain

  • Mobilization of the visceral fascial layer 

  • Hypopressive (low pressure fitness) breathing exercise + synergistic breath work

  • Foundational exercises for return to strength + conditioning training

  • Ergonomics for daily living and injury prevention
