  • Mobilization of the visceral fascial layer (abdominal and organ tissues) 

  • Hypopressive (low pressure fitness) breathing exercise + synergistic breath work

  • Foundational exercises for return to strength + conditioning training

  • Ergonomics for daily living and injury prevention
