Think of these classes as intimate, small group, therapeutic movement sessions delivered by a board-certified rehabilitation professional. As a certified Professional Yoga Therapist (PYT), pelvic floor therapist, neuro-muscular rehabilitation expert, and myofascial release practitioner, my goal is not to 'do yoga', but to help you learn how to use a yogic practice to improve your awareness of your daily changing body, to minimize your risk for injury and pain during pregnancy, and to keep you moving and thriving.

In these classes you will get the benefits and guidance of a neuromuscular therapeutic expert and her approach to re-training your core control, spinal alignment, posture, body mechanics, and protective joint movement -- all for the discounted price that comes with sharing the space with other new moms!

We all need an ally (or more) during this transition to motherhood.

Modern moms have it harder than any other generation. The social pressures (and social presence) of modern motherhood fills our heads with unachievable goals during this transition. Somehow moms have come to believe that we are expected to 'do it all' -- have a thriving career, a happy conflict-free marriage, and perfectly well behaved kids... all while looking like a 10. But let's be clear -- it's not always that way (despite what we post on Instagram!). This circle is a safe place to speak your truth, to lift one another up, and to maybe catch someone else when she feels like she might be falling.

Breastfeeding has its challenges for most mothers, we're here to support one another.
​
This group is led by a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and daily-living rehabilitation expert. Come, support other moms on their journey, socialize with other women in a similar situation, and ask questions about how to navigate the day-to-day changes that you are inevitably experiencing on this journey.
