A note from the provider:

At this time I am not seeing clients for direct assessment and intervention for lactation concerns.  For anyone with this specific need, I refer all clients to a local IBCLC.  Instead, I use my knowledge in breastfeeding dyads to reinforce interventions to support nervous system regulation and maternal mental health for my perinatal clients.

A mother's experience of the breastfeeding relationship is always a variable that help to inform a client centered plan of care, but I find that outcomes are best accomplished when addressed in the interdisciplinary team. â€‹
